What is Monster Mash Dash?

The Monster Mash Dash is a Color Run sponsored by Leeds Primary School PTO and Leeds Elementary School PTO to support the students and staff at Leeds Primary School and Leeds Elementary School.

When and where is Monster Mash Dash?
The Monster Mash Dash color run is on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM at The Shops of Grand River located at 6200 Grand River Blvd E. Leeds, AL 35094. 

How do I register multiple kids and adults?
You can register and pay for up to 10 people on this form. You must complete the payment in order to submit this form. You will receive an email confirmation after you submit the form. 

When must I register to get a participant t-shirt? 
To ensure you get your participant shirt that is white t-shirt with the Monster Mash Dash logo in black on the front and sponsor logos in black on the back, you must complete the registration form by October 8, 2025. 

Can I just order a t-shirt?
All participants who register by October 8, 2025 will receive a participant shirt that is white t-shirt with the Monster Mash Dash logo in black on the front and sponsor logos in black on the back.

If you would like to order a greent-shirt with the colored MMD logo on the front for $20.00, you can fill out the form below by October 8, 2025. 

What do I wear for the color run?
If you register by October 8, 2025, you will wear your race day t-shirt. 

If you register after October 8, 2025, you can wear a plain white shirt to get covered in color powder.

You may also want to bring a towel, trash bag, and a change of clothes so that when you are done running you can change. 

How can I purchase $1.00 raffle tickets for one of four super soaker opportunities and starting-line announcer?
You can purchase $1.00 raffle tickets below to be eligible to win a chance to be one of four super soakers who will spray runners with water and the opportunity to be the starting line announcer. The raffle tickets are available through October 8, 2025 and there will be a Facebook Live drawing to announce the winners on October 9, 2025. The winner announced will be the adult completing this form and they will decide which one of the people they have registered will complete the activity. Each person who is a super soaker or starting line announcer must have a completed MMD registration with registration payment and signed waivers in order to be eligible to win. There is not a limit on the amount of raffle tickets you can purchase. Each $1.00 ticket is one entry for the raffle.

How can I donate a registration to a specific Leeds Primary School or Leeds Elementary School student?
If you would like to donate a registration for a specific student at Leeds Primary School or Leeds Elementary School, you can complete the information below to donate up to 10 specific student registrations. You will need the student's name, student's legal guardian's name and email, as well as the student's school, grade, and teacher to complete this form. PLEASE NOTE that the child's registration is NOT complete until their legal guardian completes their waiver registration form that will be emailed from leedselempto@gmail.com to the email address given below for their guardian. The student is NOT counted in the t-shirt count (for donations before October 8, 2025), their class count, or officially registered until this payment and their registration forms are BOTH received.

If you would like to donate general registrations, but do not have specific students in mind, please use the sponsorship form. The Leeds Primary School and Leeds Elementary School administrators will decide what students will receive the general registration donations received through the sponosrship form.

How long is the race?
The color run is a 1 mile loop that takes about 25 minutes to complete.

Where do I park?
When you arrive, please follow the police officer’s directions. You will park in the main lot at the front of The Outlet Shops of Grand River. Please do not block the race route.

What do I do if it’s raining?
The race is rain or shine.
