Please use the link below if you plan to check out your child on Friday for the Leeds Downtown Trick or Treat! We will allow students an excused check-out from LES on this date to participate in this community-wide event. Please note that you must check your child/children out between 2:00 and 2:45 on this date to qualify for the excused checkout. Please fill out the form linked below NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30TH to help us expedite this process. You may only fill out the form for your personal children. If you are picking up a child that is not your personal child, the parents of that child must fill out the form with you listed as a pickup person.
